Refund Policy for FlightPrepper.com

FlightPrepper.com is a learning website that provides online products for student pilots. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary, and we have outlined our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only eligible within three 5 days of purchase if a test has not been started. Once a test has been started, we cannot offer a refund.

Refund Procedure:
To request a refund, customers must contact us either through the contact form on our website’s contact page or directly at info@flightprepper.com. We will need the customer’s name, email address, and order number to process the refund request.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions:
In exceptional cases where FlightPrepper.com is responsible for a technical issue that prevents a customer from completing a test or accessing our products, we will offer a full refund regardless of the refund eligibility period of maximum one month of subscription period (for subscriptions that are more than 1 month)
