FlightPrepper – Terms of Service

Welcome to FlightPrepper, an online learning platform and question bank for pilots. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlightPrepper, including all content, features, and services provided through the website (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use FlightPrepper.

1. User Access and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to create an account.

  • You may not share your account or login credentials with others.

  • FlightPrepper reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • FlightPrepper provides access to the Service through a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly).

  • Payments are automatically charged via the selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • If payment fails, FlightPrepper reserves the right to suspend access until payment is received.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

  • As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

  • By receiving immediate full access to the Service, you acknowledge that this right of withdrawal may be waived.

  • Refunds are only granted if you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed or used the Service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • FlightPrepper may, at its discretion, issue partial refunds in exceptional cases.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality on FlightPrepper are the property of FlightPrepper or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, or share content without written permission from FlightPrepper.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

  • FlightPrepper collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable GDPR legislation.

  • We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FlightPrepper makes no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • FlightPrepper is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, income, or other consequential losses arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

  • FlightPrepper may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on the website.

  • Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Danish law.

  • Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring a claim in your home country.
